A board meeting was held, near the end of 2010, at JD Bakery,
Diversion Rd., ILO ILO City, to determine the future of T.V.W.M.
Attendance had fallen off to an average of about 12 people, each
Sunday, for quite some time. It was decided that it was time to
relocate. Subsequently, Philip Roberts, Eleazar Carnaje & Mike
(A.K.A. Miko) Dyer spoke with Radio Station, owner/operator,

that T.V.W.M. would relocate to Jaro (Haro) Township, on the
property of Eleazar Carnaje; &, the first fellowship meeting,
held in the small chapel, pictured above, was held on Sunday,
January 16th, 2011. Soon after, attendance levels rose to
an average of 30-40. The time of the fellowship meetings
was moved back, to 4:00 p.m. from the previous meeting
time of 2:00 p.m. in order to facilitate attendance by Mike
Dyer & his wife, Hauna.
In February of 2011, the members of the board met; &,
a new President and other board members were elected.
Edgar Balayo has been away, in Laos, since December of
2010; &, is not expected to return till late, in 2013.
