TRUEVINE WORLD MINISTRIES, INC. (TVWM) came into being as a result

of much time in fasting & prayer.  On October 14th, 2009 a meeting of 7

people took place at a Coffee Shop, located on the 2nd floor of The Mary-Mart

shopping mall, behind the food-court.  It was at this meeting that the first

discussions regarding the developement of a NEW, love-based, ministry in

The City of ILO ILO, located on Panay Island of The Philippines, took place.

The three persons who are now charter members of The Board of Trustees,

present at that first meeting, are:

Senior Pastor, Edgar Balayo

Current President & Associate Pastor, Philip D. Roberts; &,

Ministry Programs Administrator, Eleazar Carnaje

The first fellowship meeting was held at the facilities of FM Radio-Station

Z-100, located at #83 Delgado Street in Barangay Mabolo of ILO ILO City,

owned & operated by current Vice-President of The Board of Trustees,

Gerry Lucero. While only 15 people were in attendance at that first meeting,

attendance had grown to 40 by the close of March of 2010.

After Edgar, Eleazar & Philip had met, several times to continue discussing

various ministry-related issues; &, having prayed, inquiring of God, how many

& who, exactly, were to be added to The Board of Trustees, 4 additional

members were added, in early February of 2010.  Those members are:

Gerry Lucero, Vice President; &, owner/operator of FM Radio Z-100

Nelma Suanico, Treasurer

Shiela-Mae Tacardon, Secretary; &,

Emma Suanico, Trustee

The Board met on 6 separate occasions for the purpose of discussing several

ministry-related matters; among them, Securities and Exchange Commission

(SEC) registration.  The required documents were obtained, properly

completed & signed, prior to the subsequent filing; &, on March 15, 2010,

TRUEVINE WORLD MINISTRIES, Inc gained The SEC's stamp of approval to

operate as a LEGAL faith-based association, in the country of The Philippines.
